AQUATICS

Restructured elements of the lifeguard team to better address setup needs, respond to first aids and complete maintenance tasks

Celebrated a record number of participants and vendors at our 10 Mile Tri & Fit Fest

Launched Inaugural Pickleball Tournament with sold out numbers

HUMAN RESOURCES

FACILITY OPERATIONS

Installed new lighting along north entrance pathway to enhance safety in early mornings and evenings

Repainted dive tower in advance of a large international FINA competition

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY

Launched new, user friendly app for incident/accident reporting

Initiated monthly meetings with Calgary Police Service Community Resource Officer to enhance safety and resource coordination

Improved safety by adding 3 cameras to the parking lot and north corridor, with a feed to the exterior traffic circle to assist with pickups

40% reduction in controllable accidents

PARKING LOT

Parking team members trained in tractor use to enhance snow removal to reduce slips and falls

Relocated and repainted accessibility, expectant mother, and car pool stalls at north entrance with closure of south

Introduced 2 pm to 8 pm parking shift to help manage parking lot during peak period
